Authorize & Capture Payment Settings
One of the most powerful features of the Charter RMS 4.0Professional is the ability to authorize and capture payments independently. Unlike other payment processors where you can only capture the payment, pay the APR rate and run a higher risk of charge backs with our authorize feature you can authorize and/or capture the payment. This will make you entitled to that money if and when you want to take it. If you wanted to take the payment you can choose how many hours before or after the trip you want to capture it. Another way to use this feature is to authorize only the payments and collect the cash at the docks, the authorization automatically goes away. This way you never have to worry about charge backs or paying an APR rate.
