Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work. All BlueClaw services come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right or issue a full refund.

Website Design

We deliver your completed website within 14 days of receiving all required materials from you, including logos, photos, copy, and any other content needed to build your site.

Your refund eligibility:

  • If we fail to deliver your completed site within 14 days of receiving all required materials, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If all materials have not been handed over within 30 days of your purchase date, the refund window expires and the project moves forward as scheduled once materials are received.
  • Refunds are not available after the completed website has been delivered and approved.


Note: The 14-day delivery clock starts only when all required materials have been received in full. Delays caused by incomplete or missing materials do not count against delivery time.

Seasonal Fishing Reports

Each fishing report is written, optimized, and published to your site within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Your refund eligibility:

  • If a report is not delivered within 48 hours of your order, you are entitled to a full refund for that report.
  • For annual plans (12 reports), refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if no reports have been published. Once reports have been delivered, refunds are prorated for undelivered reports only.
  • Refunds are not available for reports that have already been published to your site.


BrightCalendar Booking Software

Access to BrightCalendar begins immediately upon purchase.

Your refund eligibility:

  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of your subscription start date if you are unsatisfied for any reason.
  • Refunds are not available after the 30-day window has closed.
  • Cancellations after 30 days take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial-month refunds issued.


Internet Marketing and SEO Services

Marketing work begins immediately upon purchase. Website ranking improvements typically begin within 30 days, in line with how search engines index and respond to new content and optimization work.


Your refund eligibility:

  • Because marketing work (research, content, optimization, and publishing) begins immediately, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within the 30-day window.
  • If work has not yet begun at the time of your refund request, a full refund will be issued.
  • If work is already underway, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work not yet completed.
  • Refunds are not available based on search ranking outcomes alone, as rankings are influenced by factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, competition, site history).
